"Where's the refund?! The app never installed! That is on my 2nd install try. My 1st it did install. Not a terrible app but very limited - line control somewhat faulty & while limited color choices is not out of the question the palette is 2 few. That 1st try was over the course of under 15 minutes I asked 4 a refund & received it. Thought 2 give it a 2nd chance now but it never installed my attempts 2 do so. Finally it did. While it was present that 2nd time it would not open. So refund is due."
